Hi, I’m Matthew.
I am a trained mindfulness teacher, and have also been taught single point meditation at Kopan Buddhist Monastery in Nepal. I have a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and I work as a BACP registered Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. You can find out more about me here.
I offer mindfulness meditation sessions on both an individual basis as well as a weekly group meditation session. You don’t need any prior experience, and I have posted some additional information below:
Weekly Meditation Group
Once a week, I facilitate a meditation group from my cabin in Little Staughton, Bedfordshire. This location is an easy journey from Bedford, St Neots, Kimbolton and Rushden.

Each week, I will work with you around several meditations over the course of an hour, along with time for personal and group reflection. This is an opportunity to share your meditation practice in community with other likeminded people, searching for truth, consciousness and spiritual development.
The weekly group happens on a Wednesday evening between 7pm and 8pm and costs a recommended donation of £10 per session. If you cannot afford this for whatever reason, you can pay what you are able to afford. Payment upon arrival in cash or using a card. Contact me for more information.
