Take time out for yourself every week for an hour of just being in the present moment by joining this live online mindfulness group.

Join certified mindfulness teacher Matthew Aylen MSc online using the latest up to date technology which allows you to fully interact as a group as we move through different mindfulness practices each week.

When you purchase the weekly online adult mindfulness group pass, you will be sent a link which will allow you access to the adult’s online mindfulness group for one month (Tuesday 18.30 – 19.30) over that entire month.


Please note that these passes are non-transferrable or refundable.


During these groups, we will be engaging in a minimum of three mindfulness practices over the course of a one hour period as well as time for reflection, feedback and questions.
