Join us on a regular basis every Tuesday between 6.30 – 7.30pm to stay connected with likeminded people, gain continued support in your practice and benefit from an hour of calm and peace…
The idea of this hour is that it will cover different meditations on a weekly basis, focusing on core elements such as anchors, unwanted thoughts & urges, compassion, acceptance, loving kindness and embodied mindfulness.
Each week, we will be doing a minimum of three meditations, as well as allowing time for discussion and videos along with more lighthearted games 🙂
In order to take part, you can buy a monthly pass, allowing you to attend each week during the course of that month. This pass costs £30.00 per month.
