Once we have soothed ourselves sufficiently, we can begin to grow.


By the term ‘Grow’ here, we are referring to moving towards one’s unique potential.

In order to do this, we need to increasingly begin to accept ourselves and believe that “I am Enough”.

We need to begin to understand who we are really, and become better at risking showing ourselves.

We need to ‘lean into our edge’.
